My family all knows that when I’m really stressed out, I’ll usually go into my room, close the door, and turn on my beach CD - 60 minutes of nothing but surf and wind. It’s lovely.
Today I found this video by a Youtube friend of his home beach in Aberdeen, Scotland. While I’ve never had the pleasure of visiting Aberdeen, my sister has been there numerous times, and raves about the city and the people. So, for 1 minute and 40 seconds, put on your headphones, block out the world, and enjoy a beautiful sunrise at the beach.
